
What Are They?
The Warrior Wellness Challenge is a four-week women’s experience designed to awaken your inner warrior, blending the strength of boxing with the restoration of holistic wellness practices.
Across four consecutive Saturdays at Brisbane Best Boxing gym on the North side of Brisbane (Kedron), you’ll be guided through a carefully curated journey that balances intensity with recovery, physical strength with emotional grounding, and discipline with deep self-care. Each weekend builds upon the last, helping you move into the year stronger, clearer, and more aligned.
🔥 Boxing for Strength & Confidence
Every Saturday kicks off with an empowering women’s boxing session, a high-energy, sweat-filled workout that will push you, challenge you, and remind you just how strong you are. Boxing is more than punches and footwork; it’s about sharpening focus, releasing stress, and building unstoppable confidence. Whether you’re stepping into the ring for the first time or already love the gloves, these sessions are tailored to uplift and empower. ***Please note: There will be no sparring, and no protective equipment such as headguards or mouthguards required. All partnered drills pad work and bag work are conducted in a safe, non contact format**
🌿 Wellness for Mind & Recovery
After boxing, we shift gears into a rotating series of wellness practices designed to restore balance and nourish body and soul. Across the four weeks, you’ll experience:
- Holistic Nutrition workshops to fuel your body with knowledge and balance.
- Rest-Focused and Inner Goal Setting to align your vision with sustainable, achievable outcomes.
- Breathwork & Sound Bowl Healing for nervous system reset, grounding, and release.
- Yoga & Mobility to lengthen, restore, and reconnect.
- Ice Bath & Compression Boot Therapy to recover like an athlete and leave feeling invigorated.
