1. Non-Refundable Policy
All payments for fitness classes, personal training sessions, memberships, packages, and products are non-refundable. This policy applies to:

Memberships and subscription plans

Packages or bundles of services or products

Merchandise purchases (including apparel, equipment, or supplements)
Once payment is made, it is final, and no refunds will be issued, regardless of whether you use the services, attend the classes, or consume the products.

2. Exceptions to the Non-Refundable Policy
In rare circumstances, Fierce Fit Australia may consider a refund or credit at its discretion. The following exceptions may apply:

Medical Issues: If you are unable to attend classes or training sessions due to an unforeseen medical condition or injury, a credit or rescheduling may be offered, provided that you provide valid documentation (e.g., a doctor’s note).

Trainer Cancellations: In the unlikely event that a trainer is unavailable or a class is canceled by Fierce Fit Australia, we will provide a credit or reschedule the service at no additional charge.
Requests for refunds or credits under these exceptions must be submitted within 24 hours of the original purchase date or incident. Approval for exceptions will be at Fierce Fit Australia’s discretion.

3. Cancellations or Missed Sessions

Class or Session Cancellations by You: If you need to cancel a class or session, we ask that you provide at least [insert number of hours, e.g., 24 hours] notice. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in the full charge for the session or class being applied.

You may not transfer or assign your purchased services or memberships to another person. All sessions, classes, or memberships are valid for the original purchaser only.

5. Membership and Subscription Terms

Ongoing Memberships: If you are subscribed to a recurring membership or subscription, payments will be charged according to the schedule set at the time of purchase. Cancellations of ongoing memberships must be made at least [insert time frame, e.g., 7 days] before the next payment cycle.
