-

2. Duty to Inform Trainers of Medical Conditions

3. Responsibility to Discontinue Exercise if Necessary
If at any point during a training session or fitness program you experience any discomfort, pain, dizziness, or other signs of physical distress, it is your responsibility to immediately inform the trainer and discontinue participation in that exercise. 5. Modifications and Customization of Exercises
At Fierce Fit Australia, we strive to accommodate individual needs and adjust exercises based on your physical abilities. However, it is your responsibility to communicate your medical conditions and limitations clearly. While trainers will do their best to offer alternative exercises or modifications, Fierce Fit Australia is not liable for any adverse health effects resulting from failure to disclose relevant medical information or failure to follow instructions provided by your trainer.

6. Health Assessment and Monitoring
If you have been diagnosed with a medical condition that may impact your ability to exercise, we encourage you to undergo a full medical assessment and obtain written approval from your healthcare provider before participating in fitness sessions. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are cleared to engage in physical activity and that any exercise plan is suitable for your condition.

7. Termination of Participation
Fierce Fit Australia reserves the right to suspend or terminate your participation in any class or program if, in the trainer’s professional judgment, your health or safety is at risk or if you fail to follow the guidelines outlined in these Terms and Conditions.
