'Fierce Fit At Home' is a women-only boxing fitness program designed to help you feel strong, confident, and unstoppable, all from the comfort of your own home (or your gym). No gym membership? No worries

​

Whether you’re stepping into boxing for the first time or just want a fun, high-energy way to move your body, I've got you covered. Every workout is guided by me, a real coach, easy to follow, and completely judgement-free.

 

No scales, no calorie counting, no pressure - just you, your energy, and your strength.

Here, it’s all about moving at your pace, celebrating what your body can do, and feeling proud of every punch and every sweat drop. You’ll complete new workouts each week according to your program choice, learn proper technique, boost your fitness, and even get tips to strengthen your mindset,  all while feeling supported by your coach and the Fierce Fit community.

The perfect introduction to Fierce Fit.  3 video-guided sessions per week to get you moving, build basic boxing technique, and boost confidence. By the end of 4 weeks, you’ll feel stronger, more energized, and ready to take your fitness journey further.

This program adds intensity and variety to your workouts while refining technique and increasing stamina. With 3-5 sessions per week, it’s designed to help you step up your fitness, feel empowered, and enjoy every punch.

Over 8 weeks, you’ll build strength, endurance, and confidence with progressively challenging workouts. Ideal if you want a complete guided experience, from learning perfect combinations to finishing strong and feeling unstoppable with added mindset videos.

How You’ll Receive Your Program

Your Fierce Fit program will be delivered straight to your inbox each week. Along with your video workouts, you’ll get a simple, easy-to-follow checklist so you can stay on track and know exactly what to do each day.

Everything is designed to be stress-free and simple,  just open your email, follow the plan, and get moving. You can do your workouts at home, in your garage, or even at the gym, whatever works for you.

Week Program

You'll get 3 video-guided sessions per week designed to get you moving, build solid boxing technique, and boost your confidence from the very first punch.

Each session includes a fun warm-up, skill-focused combinations, and a cool-down to leave you feeling energized and accomplished. You’ll also get weekly tips from your coach to help you refine your form, stay motivated, and strengthen your mindset.

​

By the end of 4 weeks, you’ll notice more strength, better endurance, and a boost in confidence, both in your workouts and in your everyday life.

 

This program is all about celebrating what your body can do, enjoying movement, and setting a strong foundation for your journey, whether you continue with Fierce Fit or simply feel amazing in your own skin.

Week Program

Take your Fierce Fit journey to the next level! This program adds more intensity, variety, and challenge to your workouts while helping you refine your boxing technique and build lasting stamina.

With 3–5 video-guided sessions per week, each workout is designed to keep you moving, sweating, and feeling strong, while also giving you tips  to improve your form, power, and confidence. You’ll unlock new combinations and exercises each week, so the program stays fresh, exciting, and motivating from start to finish.

​

By the end of 6 weeks, you’ll notice stronger muscles, improved endurance, and a boost in self-belief, both in your workouts and in everyday life. This program is perfect if you’re ready to step up your fitness, enjoy every punch, and truly feel empowered in your own skin.

Week Program

This is the ultimate Fierce Fit experience! Over 8 weeks, you’ll follow progressively challenging workouts designed to build strength, endurance, and confidence from the very first session.

Each week unlocks new video-guided sessions, including warm-ups, technique-focused combinations, high-energy workouts, and cool-downs, plus optional mindset and motivation videos to help you stay focused, positive, and empowered throughout your journey.

​

By the end of the program, you’ll have mastered key boxing techniques, improved your fitness, and gained unstoppable confidence.

 

Perfect if you want a complete, guided experience that pushes you, celebrates your progress, and leaves you feeling strong, capable, and proud of everything your body can do.
